Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor Extreme Edition on 0.13 Micron Process in the 775-Land Package Datasheet

The Intel^® Pentium^® 4 processor Extreme Edition on 0.13 micron process in 775-Land package is a follow on to the Pentium 4 processor Extreme Edition in the 478-pin package. Like its predecessor, the Pentium 4 processor Extreme Edition in the 775-Land package features 512-KB Advanced Transfer Cache (L2) and 2-MB Integrated Level 3 (L3) cache. The Pentium 4 processor Extreme Edition is based on Intel NetBurst^® microarchitecture supporting Hyper-Threading Technology^†.
