Engine Intel®MCS®51 8-Bit Microcontrollers are a popular choice for cost-effective automotive embedded control. This product family consists of CHMOS versions of the Intel's original 8-bit MCS51 microcontrollers. Intel offers a wide variety of microcontrollers with on-board memory in EPROM and ROM, in addition to CPU-only versions. Intel's proven CHMOS technology is the ideal solution for applications requiring a combination of low power, high integration and high performance.
