The Intel® Blade Server Fibre Channel solution offers industry-leading 4Gb SAN connectivity for addressing small, medium, and large blade server application environments. This solution is designed to provide high-performance, high-availability, and integrate into the blade server chassis for easier deployment and lower cost of ownership.
The 4Gb Fibre Channel Switch module design is based on the Brocade* Silkworm* family to offer pay-as-you grow scalability. The 4Gb Intel® Fibre Channel Expansion card is designed based on Qlogic HBA. These solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly into an existing 1Gb or 2Gb SAN environment.
