Examples Description
This book contains many sample programs. If you have the Intel-supplied software development kit (SDK) and IXA application CDs, you can download the following for experimentation and practice:

• Simple programming examples used in Chapters 6, 7, and 9 go in C:\IXA_SDK_4.0\applications_new.
• The ipv4v6 tunneling project that is used throughout the book goes in C:\IXA_SDK_4.0\applications_reused.

If your SDK is newer than version 4.0, you can still install and use the sample programs if you move the example files to the new version's directory, such as C:\IXA_SDK_4.2.
