Intel will attend Graduate Careers Fair in the RDS on 18th October
October 10, 2005

Intel will
be attending the Graduate Careers Fair in the Shelbourne Hall, RDS
on Tuesday 18th October. Each year Intel recruits over 100 graduates
from mainly technical courses but also from business courses and
Intel representatives will be at this fair to inform graduates about
job opportunities in Intel. The fair will start at 12 noon and is
open to students and graduates from all over Ireland. It is the
official graduate recruitment fair for Dublin City University,
Dublin Institute of Technology, Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art,
Design and Technology, Institute of Technology Tallaght, St.
Patrick’s College and Trinity College Dublin.
Barbara Mangan
from Intel Human Resources says, “This is one of the premier events
for students and graduates in Ireland and we are delighted that we
will be there. We hire more graduates than any other company in the
country so this fair is an ideal way for us to meet with future
graduates to tell them what jobs are on offer and give them advice
on how to apply for them.”
Over 70 companies will be in attendance offering graduate
opportunities. Intel representatives will be holding interview
workshops as well as giving hints and tips to graduates on how to
prepare for interviews. The fair also offers other presentations
from human resource personnel from a wide range of other companies
on how to prepare a Curriculum Vitae and interview skills.
