What you'll do
 
Looking after 92,500 employees in 48 countries worldwide is no easy task. You'll play an important part in hiring, developing and retaining our employees, and in making Intel a great place to work.
Below are some opportunities that you will have in helping enhance management and organizational effectiveness for all our employees around the world:
  • Lead key, corporate-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Set the standards for legal, ethical and competitive practices.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement human resource plans that support business objectives.
  • Design, implement and administer corporate programs such as compensation, benefits, relocation, immigration and retirement. Responsibilities include competitive analysis, costing and funding of plans, external reporting and vendor management.
  • Partner with business groups to recruit prospective employees. Develop sourcing strategies including advertising and events. Advise hiring team regarding qualifications and salary recommendations.
  • Develop and support cutting-edge human resources technology, systems, databases and computer support tools for improved efficiency and information management.
 
What you'll bring
 
We look for individuals with varying degrees and levels of experience. All candidates should possess good communication, influencing, problem solving and customer service skills plus the ability to adapt to change. Candidates should also have the ability to work well in groups, possess strong leadership and judgment skills and excellent analytical skills.
Depending on your area of interest, we look for the following:
  • Human resources development: degree in human resources, organizational development, business or social science plus human resources-related experience
  • Human resources information services: computer science degree
  • Human resources legal: law degree plus some experience in employment law is required
  • All other areas: a degree in a business-related or social science discipline
