Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Russia offers eligible employees comprehensive medical and dental plan coverage, assuring employees cost-effective and flexible choices when selecting quality care. Intel and employees share the cost of employee and children health care coverage. Spouses can take advantage of corporate rates when purchasing coverage at their expense.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
To provide for their family's economic well-being, eligible Intel Russia employees are provided with insurance coverage in case of death or disability. Intel also provides Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation/Leave Time
Intel Russia employees receive 28 paid vacation days per year in accordance with Russia Labor Code, plus an additional 4 days of vacation for unfixed working schedule.
Holidays
Intel provides paid holidays according to Russia Labor Code.
Other Leaves
Intel Russia provides a variety of employee leave days as it is stipulated by Russia legislation. Examples include sick leave; bereavement leave; maternity; marriage leave; etc.
 
Other Benefits
 
To support employees' well-being and health and also to encourage onsite team-building Intel partly compensates eligible employees' expenses for sport activities and lunches at onsite cafeterias.
