Every month Intel Russia organizes free soft skills seminars for external technical students of Russia. These seminars are conducted by Intel employees and take place on site at Intel.

Program objectives:

• Develop students’ non-technical skills, which are important for a job at Intel
• Provide additional knowledge about non-technical skills
• Give a genuine sense of life at Intel by letting students talk with Intel employees and visit an Intel office
