Virtual Recruiting at Intel
Overview Calendar Event Replays Videos

Have you ever wondered what it is like to work at Intel? At Intel we believe that people should make informed decisions about the company they ultimately decide to work for, and for this reason we invite students and professionals to attend a number of Intel-sponsored virtual event offerings and learn more about the various career areas available across the company.
Take the time to peruse our calendar of upcoming virtual events and learn how you can interact with Intel leaders and Staffing representatives regardless of location. We invite you to find out if Intel is the place for you.

Candidate Prescreening

Our Virtual Recruiting candidate prescreening involves a two-part process. First, you will need to submit a Candidate Profile which includes your personal information, employment preferences, and your resume/C.V. Second, you will be asked to provide additional supplemental information via one of our Prescreening requisitions.

Please note that a Prescreening requisition is not a job opening. Intel recruiters use our Prescreening requisition to gather additional job specific information, and to better match candidates to opportunities with Intel.

All candidates who register for a Virtual Chat Event or who attend a Virtual Career Fair will be given a Prescreening requisition specific to that event.

If you do not attend a specific event, you can follow the steps below:

  1. To apply, select one of the following:

  2. Full-Time Recent College Graduate

    Student / Intern

  3. Select the prescreen posting at the bottom of the page, and then Apply for Job. If this is your first time submitting information to Intel, you will need to Register as a New Candidate.

  4. Review Your Candidate Profile, make any necessary edits, upload your resume/C.V., and complete the brief questionnaire.

  5. Following this process is the best way to ensure that our hiring managers have access to your information. Make sure you use the same e-mail address throughout the recruiting process, so we can communicate with you and track your progress.

"My recommendation is to take a look at your email address; it's one of the first impressions you make on a potential recruiter. Does yours sound professional? Is it easy to read? It can be difficult to distinguish the numbers 0 and 1 from the letters O and (lowercase) L. Will a recruiter be able to contact you about an opportunity?"

"Make sure you are ready when the time comes. Don't wait till the last minute to complete your resume and keep it up to date with all of the latest information, but don't embellish! You own your resume and need to be prepared to speak to all aspects to it's content. If you say you are "Fluent" in a particular language, don't be surprised if your interviewer asks you a question in that language. It happens!"
