How to Obtain Warranty Repair or Replacement If product fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by the limited warranty conditions, Intel, at its option, will repair, replace or refund.
- Home and Business Consumers requesting Standard Warranty Replacement should contact their place of purchase or Intel Customer Support for assistance.
- Intel® Channel Program Members requesting Advanced or Standard Warranty Replacement can use our online Channel Warranty Request service.
Spare Parts Spare parts for your Intel Desktop Board are available for purchase at Industry Education’s* pay-for-spares online store. You can find a selection of I/O shields, cables, CDs, DVDs, configuration labels, and other miscellaneous parts needed for building or repairing your PC.
3-Year and 1-Year Limited Warranties Intel offers a 3-year limited warranty on Intel Desktop Boards (BOX and BLK SKUs) purchased from Intel authorized distribution with the following exceptions.
Intel’s advanced warranty replacement (AWR) program is not offered for the following products and any requested replacements will be processed though Intel’s standard warranty replacement (SWR) program. Product returned with physical damage will be returned as received.

The Intel® Desktop Board D845GVFN originally had a 1-year limited warranty, however it has been extended to a 3-year limited warranty.
