The Intel® Entry Server Chassis SC5275-E is supplied with a special CPU duct that is used to control airflow in the chassis and to lower ambient temperature near the processors.
Important:
- Do not install the CPU duct if the processors in the system are using passive (no fan) thermal solutions.
- Do not install the CPU duct if the system is using the Intel® Workstation Cooling Kit (APT2WKTCOOLKIT).
