Intel® Server Management
"Can't execute command" Error Installing Intel(R) Server Manager

Intel® Server Manager installs Sun* Java* Runtime Environment v1.4.2 J2 RTE (JRE) at the outset of initialization.  If Java* is already installed, you may see the "Can't execute command" message.  To work around this issue, first uninstall all other versions of Java* through the Windows*  Add/Remove Programs.

If the error persists, visit http://java.sun.com  and download the latest version, and attempt the installation again.

If the issue continues, you may install individual components from the CD.  For instance, to install the Administrative console, browse to:

\ism\Software\Windows\32bit\admin\setup.exe

For definitions of each of the folders underneath \32bit or advice on what to install, please see the Intel(R) Server Manager "Getting Started Guide" at http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/cs-010491.htm
