Proper Cable Routing of IDE Cable

The Intel® Server Board S845WD1-E can be integrated into an Intel® SC5100 Server chassis (BASE SKU), during integration, the user needs to make sure that the IDE cable is routed under the EPAC material to prevent the cables from blocking the airflow.

This would also enable the IDE cable to reach the IDE devices (e.g. IDE hard disks, IDE cdrom, etc ...) on the system.
