Symptom(s):
Error: Cannot Load MAPILogon() from MAPI32.DLL
Error: Cannot init MAPI !
Cause:
In Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the SimpleMAPI API was removed.
Solution:
Use the Email Notification option in the RAID Configuration Service. This uses SMTP instead of MAPI to send the email notification.
Other RAIDMail functions, such as local and remote alerting, will continue to function.
