Try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Download the latest BIOS update package for your board, which includes updates for the BIOS, BMC, and FRUSDR (Field Replaceable Unit/Sensor Data Record). Run the FRUSDR update and select the correct chassis. The SDRs establish the correct fan information for the system.
- Make sure the fan cable is installed correctly on the fan headers on the server board. See the quick start guide that came with the server board and chassis for more information.
- See BIOS Setting > Fan Profile Setting, Performance Compared to Acoustic Mode
- Install processor and memory air ducts, unless otherwise specified in the quick start guide or user manual
- Download the System Event Log viewer, and check the System Event Log for malfunctioning components.
