TA-849:AXXGBIOMOD causes false error in PCT

The EEPROM image programmed on the NIC IO Module at the factory contains an incorrect value at address 12h. The Intel Platform Confidence Test (PCT) uses this value to confirm the proper programming of the IO Module. If the PCT is run with this incorrect value it will return a NIC Checksum Error when the Module is actually fully functional. There is no functional impact to the module. All modules will function to their full expected performance.
