Intel® Embedded Server RAID Technology II provides firmware-based RAID modes 0, 1, and 10 on the Intel® Server Board S3200 S5000 S7000 series server boards. It also provides RAID 5 mode on some models of Intel® server boards with the purchase of an optional accessory Intel® RAID Activation Key AXXRAKSW5, see the respective configuration guide for the server board.
Intel® Embedded Server RAID Technology II must be enabled in the server system BIOS before it is available.
