A video driver update may be required when using Microsoft Windows* 2003 with CRT monitors. An issue of screen flicker or screen freeze may be experienced when changing the resolution of the video image.
To resolve the issue, download the J5.30.10.2 driver revision for Microsoft Windows* 2003.
