Symptom(s):
When a physical disk enters the offline state, the controller does not map this state to a SAF-TE LED indication.
Cause:
When a physical disk enters the offline state, no indication is given to the SAF-TE Storage Enclosure Processor (SEP). The firmware does not currently map the offline state of the physical disk to an LED. A failed state does map to an LED indication.
Solution:
None at this time. Currently, fault conditions are indicated by LEDs, offline is not.
