This document provides users of the Intel® Entry Storage System SS4000-E with a guide to the different client operating systems and peripherals tested for this system.

Updates will be provided as new peripherals and client operating systems are tested or until the Intel Entry Storage System SS4000-E is no longer in production. Each new release of the document will present updated information as well as continue to provide the information from previous releases.

Intel will only provide support for components under the specified system configuration (System BIOS and Firmware revisions) and client operating systems versions with which they were tested.

Note:
Windows* operating Systems are referred to generically in this document. x64-bit operating systems are not supported. The Intel® Client Backup and Recovery application does not support x64-bit operating system platforms. Client Backup and Recovery is a 32-bit software application with 32-bit drivers included. The 32-bit driver components prohibit running on the x64-bit platform directly.
