This document has historical driver and software release versions and dates for Intel® Network Adapters.

The driver version can be identified by following the instructions for your OS:
- For Windows:
- Select your network adapter from Device Manager.
- Select the Driver tab.
For Linux*, issue one of the following commands at a prompt:
- modinfo -F version <drivername> (example: igb, e1000e, etc.)
- ethtool -i ethX (where ethX is the interface name of the device being queried)
For Netware*, from Monitor select LAN/WAN Drivers option.
