If you have misplaced or damaged the installation CD-ROM for the Intel® Pocket Concert™ Audio Player, you have two options:
Option 1:
Download and install the following files from the Intel Pocket Concert Audio Player Software & Driver page.
- The appropriate driver set for your operating system:
- DAP2KXP.EXE, if you have Windows* 2000 or Windows* XP.
OR
- DAP98ME.EXE, if you have Windows* 98, Windows* 98SE or Windows* ME.
AP3000_ENG.EXE - this will install Intel® Audio Manager 2.0 (note: this download is about 55MB in size).
IAM20REGUPD.EXE - this is a registry update that will allow Intel Audio Manager 2.0 to recognize the Intel Pocket Concert Audio Player.
Option 2:
If you are located in North America, you can order a replacement CD through our Spare Parts Program.
If you are not located in North America, please obtain the customer support phone number for your area. Technical support should be able to provide you with further information on how to obtain a replacement.
