Laptop/notebook manufacturer Laptop manufacturers customize and validate hardware and software for a whole system. If you are experiencing issues with your laptop, contact the manufacturer or visit their support web site for updated system BIOS, drivers, and solutions to common problems. Wireless Service Provider Wireless access requires a connection to a services provider. For issues connecting to a wireless network or hot spot, contact the wireless service providers. Verify the status of the network and the required connection settings.
