On Friday June 14, 2002, Intel announced the discontinuation of interactive support for the Pentium® II processor, the Pentium® II Xeon™ processor, and the Celeron® processor occurring in both the PPGA and SEPP packages. This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support via e-mail or telephone. Both phone and Email support has been discontinued as of Friday June 14, 2002.
