What are the general steps for troubleshooting Intel® IT Director issues?

Several causes may result Intel® IT Director can not work proper. Please follow below general troubleshooting process to fix your Intel® IT Director issues.

  1. Ensure network connection is OK.
  2. Make sure Intel® IT Director service itdirectorservice.exe is running in your Intel® IT Director installed system.
  3. Make sure WMI and WCF services are running normally, and all clients use the same WMI account.
  4. Make sure TCP Port is not blocked.
  5. Better to have the UUID of managed systems is unique.
  6. Make sure the system time are synchronized within 5 minutes and system date are the same for each client.
