When you download a CHM file to your computer, Windows* security may block opening the file to protect your computer. When you attempt to open the file, the content might not display at all or might only display a topic list.
Follow these steps to unblock Windows security:
- When you click on the link to a CHM file, choose Save

- Open the folder where you saved the file
- Right-click on the file
- Select properties
- Click the Unblock button. If you do not have an unblock button, skip to step 7.

- Open the file
