Feedback on the current version (1.00) of the EFI How To Guide is encouraged. All feedback will be evaluated carefully and may be incorporated in a later version of the how to guide.

You may, at your sole discretion, provide Intel with comments or suggestions regarding the how to guide that include your intellectual property for the modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the how to guide and revisions thereof (the "How To Guide"). Intel may disclose the comments or suggestions that you provide and may, without further cost, embody the comments or suggestions in the How To Guide or the product(s) that Intel is currently developing and product(s) of the type that Intel currently markets. You grant to Intel a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense under your patent and copyright rights embodied in the comments or suggestions provided by you to use, reproduce, have reproduced, modify and distribute such incorporated comments or suggestions, and to make, have made, use, sell and otherwise dispose of Intel Product(s) and its sublicensee's products embodying your comments or suggestions.
